I think the most common problem will be that people get screwed up by the downloading stuff. Not much I can do about that one from the road-- but here's the deal: when you get your payment confirmation, on the Thank You page after you've paid, there will be a download link there. The download is a ZIP file. You save the zip to your computer, unzip it, and then play the song(s) with your regular old mp3 player. If you don't download everything from the page and then go somewhere else, the link to the downloads might get lost. So don't do that.
Because these are all digital media products, downloads can be kinda large. My webmaster says that you shouldn't try downloading this stuff with a dialup connection.
When you're paying with Paypal, if you don't click the "return to merchant" button when you're done, then you won't get back to the site and get your downloads, and that's no good. So push the button.
If you lose your downloads before you ever get them, email leroypowell@leroypowell.com and I'll see what I can do about getting them to you.
